The Response Time You Need
With Honeywell Repair Services, you have the flexibility to choose the response time you need. The Full Comprehensive, Limited Comprehensive and Wear and Tear programs all offer the following levels of response time to meet the needs of your business:
- 2 Day: Two-day, depot service for light, medium, and heavy product handling environments.
- 1 Day: One-day standard turn on Scanners, for all scanning applications including Healthcare.
- 5 Day: Five-day, depot service for light, medium, and heavy product handling environments.
- Advanced Exchange: Overnight-exchange service for customer-owned devices.
- Onsite Next Day: Next-day, on-site response service for select printers.
- Onsite 2 Day: Two-day, on-site response service for select printers.
Full Comprehensive Service Provides the Ultimate in Investment Protection
Full Comprehensive service provides coverage of product defects, wear and tear, failures, and any damage sustained while being used as intended in the work environment. With a 3-year or 5-year Full Comprehensive service plan, no additional costs beyond the plan enrollment are incurred for service on covered devices, and eligible accessories that are included with equipment sent to the depot for service (including damaged styluses, battery-door covers, screen protectors, hand straps, or clips).
Limited Comprehensive – All the Coverage You Need
Limited Comprehensive coverage is specifically designed to support Honeywell’s durable and light product handling solutions, extending Wear and Tear service coverage to include accidental breakage. Limited Comprehensive coverage helps to lower TCO, and to protect your investment and productivity. By eliminating surprise service costs and unplanned downtime, Limited Comprehensive coverage provides business continuity and service peace of mind.
Wear and Tear Service: Much More Than a Warranty
Wear and Tear service delivers committed response or turnaround times and enables you to lock in service budgets for the length of the agreement. Wear and Tear covers defects as well as wear and tear.

Honeywell’s 2-business day and next-business day Onsite service plans are available on most currently shipping Honeywell Fixed Printers, Vehicle Mount Computers and RFID readers.
