The technical support portal is our web-based help desk, which allows our partners and customers to open new support tickets online, as well as view the progress, status and history of support tickets. They can also communicate with our technical support team, and upload or download files related to support tickets.
In order to provide access to faster and easier support, we added a searchable online knowledge base feature to the technical support portal. This gives instant access to a large number of solutions by simply searching the knowledge base using relevant keywords, or by browsing the different categories. The knowledge base contains answers to questions in various areas, such as product configurations, compatibility and firmware updates, and we are continuously expanding the number of available solutions.
