SARMaster Search & Rescue Incident Management System is an advanced system that provides rescue coordination centers (RCCs) around the world with a complete view of SAR data, including emergency beacon locations and information about local SAR resources like vessels, helicopters and personnel.
The SARMaster system also features extensive SAR planning tools you can use to coordinate all SAR efforts in a cohesive fashion.
SARMaster is a client-server system. It incorporates databases (GIS, incident information, SAR resources, ship and aircraft registries, for example) and automates manual, time-consuming case information gathering tasks to save you time and reduce errors.
And SARMaster displays both spatial and text-based data on up to four monitors per system.
SARMaster has consistently proved its effectiveness for civil and military operations in COSPAS-SARSAT member countries like Canada, the United States, France and Brazil.
All levels of our SAR systems – satellite ground stations, mission control centers and RCCs – have played a key role in expanding the worldwide SAR network. In fact, they’re now used by the majority of countries that participate in the COSPAS-SARSAT program.
